Beginning with breakfast

Honestly speaking, I have never believed in New Year resolutions. But that’s mostly because most of  us set unrealistic goals. However, if the resolution is do-able and aligned with the overall goal, then the resolution doesn’t take too much time to become a habit. This year if I want to take up one thing seriously then it would be breakfast routine. With my regular CrossFit sessions, eating well and right is a necessity and I will do that by including Oats in my breakfast regime. And, even though, I’m a healthy and moderate eater in general, but there’s something about breakfast and the mad scramble of early morning and getting my son off to school that makes breakfast always feel like an afterthought, hence I would spare 5 minutes in the morning (yes it takes only 5 minutes to create a healthy and a tasty meal) I always end up eating less even though I’m aware that breakfast is by far the most important meal of the day.
